One of the Personas that I’ve made is named “Agatha.” She’s a holistic health counselor who can see from multiple health perspectives: Western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Ayurveda.
I created this persona to talk to about my health issues.
Frankly, I don’t entirely trust the Western Medical establishment.
I think they are best suited to dealing with major issues and symptomatic problems.
But I think modalities like TCM and Ayurveda are better for general wellness, cultivating good health, and for addressing root problems that cause other downstream problems.
I also wanted to learn more about TCM and Ayurveda.
And I wanted to practice seeing from multiple perspectives—trying to do Kegan 5 work, to understand the strengths and limitations of each perspective (including my own), and to work to integrate them and move through them fluidly.
Creating this persona seemed like a fun and useful way to explore all these things at once.
My use of it also uses the Base Pattern—I have a base dedicated to health that Agatha lives in.
